Lets take you back to August of 2021. Caroline was in quarantine with covid-19, when she was scrolling on Facebook and came across the "people you may know", when she saw one handsome man sitting in a kayak along with his dog. In her head she said "ohhh he's cute, the dogs cute, and I like kayaking, what could go wrong?!" so, she friend requested him. Not too long after that Travis accepted her friend request and sent her a "Hey beautiful" text message. A few days later after quarantine they went on a first date, it was one to remember. Travis planned for them to go to the van-del drive in movie theater in his 89' Dodge truck. They enjoyed their night talking and getting to know each other. Unfortunately that was not their beginning to their happily ever after. From September 4, when they went on their first date, they had a few more dates but, ultimately decided to just be friends. They still kept in touch and had many laughs as well as sharing many memories together. Then in the early months of 2023, Caroline finished up cosmetology school while Travis continued to work full-time, started a project truck, and got another dog, when in June while Travis was on a family vacation he had a realization that they were meant to be together. This would be a perfect way to say they got their hallmark movie big ending, but Caroline was hesitant, she took a few weeks to think and reflect. Then in July, they officially began their journey of loving one another and have been inseparable since. Shortly after on December 8,2023 Travis got down on one knee and proposed to Caroline, where before he fully finish his sentence she said "YES!". Now they are planning their future and can't wait to spend November 16, 2024 celebrating their love with everyone.
